PONTYPRIDD ended their season with a hard-fought victory at Sardis Road.
The visitors were the better side in the first-half, but they made far too many unforced errors to sustain pressure.
Ebbw Vale outside-half Evan Lloyd slotted over an early three points from the tee and the visitors held the upper hand throughout the first-half with their setpiece, and general forward play ensuring the lion’s share of the game was played in the Ponty half.
