BRIDGEND broke their duck as they won their first game of the season in an ill-discplined affair that saw six yellow cards shown.
The Ravens came racing out of the blocks and the home side took an early lead as hooker Rhydian Jenkins drove over from an unstoppable maul to score the game’s first try.
Things went from bad to worse for the visitors three minutes later when they lost Sam Rogers to the sinbin and Paul Short furthered punished them with a penalty.
