DEAN Ryan has blasted the WRU for having no strategy or leadership when it comes to finding a solution to the long-running, and often bitter, impasse between the needs of the Wales side and the regions.
The Dragons director of rugby has said he is frustrated that in two and a half years at Rodney Parade he has seen no advance on finding a way to best serve Wayne Pivac’s team and the four regions who provide his players.
