LLANDOVERY continued their winning ways in the West Conference with a dashing eight-try victory over a Llanelli side yet to win in the Premiership Cup.

Wing Aaron Warren grabbed four tries with some outstanding finishing while fly-half Kristian Jones scored a try and seven conversions.

The Drovers are now certain to qualify for a semi-.

Although Warren scored an early try for the Drovers, Llanelli hit back with a brace of quick-fire tries from prop Dylan Lawley and wing Harrison Button which, with a conversion from fly-half Ioan Hughes, gave the home side a 12-5 lead.

-half Lee Rees set a quick Llandovery tempo behind the scrum and sweeping attacks ended with wing Ashley Evans and full-back Lawrence Thomas getting tries. Both were converted by Jones for a 19-12 interval lead.

Llandovery were unstoppable after the break with Warren adding another three tries to ones by replacement hooker Ricky and fly-half Jones.

Llanelli failed to score in the second half and they have struggled in the competition so far while Llandovery look like they will be a hard side to beat in this competition.
