It is another Friday night game for the Scarlets as they welcome Zebre Parma to Llanelli. We are entering the final block of games before the autumn international break.

The Scarlets have been on a winning streak, playing some excellent rugby as of late. Their recent wins have been impressive and will surely boost their confidence for the upcoming match.

It promises to be an entertaining clash in West Wales, with many exciting betting options to accompany it.

Scarlets

Last season, the Scarlets were very disappointing and entered this year looking for improvement.

The Dwayne Peel-led team has played an excellent, expansive brand of rugby, which should attract fans through the turnstiles.

In the opening rounds of the competition, the Scarlets ran teams very close but failed to get over the line.

They secured their first win with a massive result against Cardiff, where they clinched victory at Arms Park.

A week ago, the Scarlets faced the Vodacom Bulls, but few people gave the Welsh club a chance against the South African juggernaut. Thanks to a gutsy performance from Josh Mcleod and co.

The Scarlets pulled off a terrific win against Jake White’s side. It will be interesting to see how the team plays with key players going on international duty next.

Yet, Peel has picked a full-strength team for Friday. Gareth Davies, Ioan Lloyd, and Blair Murray will be looking to make an impact on the pitch.

Young prospects will hope to shine; for example, Macs Page, who impresses whenever he gets his hands on the ball.

The Scarlets will enter the game brimming with confidence and looking to make it three wins on the bounce, with the potential of their young prospects adding a hopeful element to the game.

Zebre Parma

Italian rugby has been on the rise over the last few years. The national team is coming off an impressive Six Nations, with a few great performances.

Benetton also looks like a solid team that will be a real playoff contender towards the end of the season.

However, Zebre remain near the bottom of the table. The Italian club finished last season in last place with a single win.

Zebre hoped to improve drastically this year, yet the club could be in for another rough campaign. They have looked promising in parts but still struggle to put results together.

However, they pulled off a monumental upset against Munster in the second round of the URC. Zebre are coming off a narrow loss to the Emirates Lions in a contest they could have won.

The squad’s key players are Lorenzo Pani and Geronimo Prisciantelli. Pani has been a bright spot in the team, known for his counter-attacking ability, and will be crucial to the team’s success when he makes his next appearance.

Prisciantelli pulls all the strings in the fly-half or fullback roles and is fantastic when kicking for goal. In today’s game, that is a vital attribute for a player to have in their toolkit.

Zebre head to Wales facing a tough challenge, but they have shown they can give teams a run for their money.

The Bets

There are some exciting betting options to consider. The best bets might be to follow the handicaps. The way to go is for the Scarlets to win by more than 17 points; the Welsh side seems to be in better form and can score electrifying tries.

Value can be found by looking at a higher handicap because if the Scarlets are in form, they could dominate the encounter.

The bet is for the home side to win by more than 23 points. For the longshot lovers, Zebre have shown the ability to keep games tight, which means you could get an excellent return if you bet on the Scarlets’ winning margin being between 8 and 14 points.

Best Bet: Scarlets to win by more than 17 points – 10/11
Value Bet: Scarlets to win by more than 23 points – 15/8
Longshot Bet: Scarlets’ winning margin to be between 8 and 14 points – 7/2
