Sale have confirmed they have spoken with Wales wing Mason Grady, a target for up to four English clubs.
The 21-year-old, below, is out of contract at Cardiff this summer. If he were to leave Wales, he would not be eligible for the national side having won only six caps – well short of the 25 required for players based outside the country.
Bath, Saracens and Exeter Chiefs are also interested in signing him.
