Ospreys have made three changes as they look to end their five-match winless run, and two-match trip to South Africa, with victory against the Sharks.
Two of the three changes are in a front row that struggled against a Brutal bulls pack last week, with Scott Baldwin and Garyn Phillips dropping to the bench.
The final change comes in the centre as Michael Collins replaces Keiran Williams, with Tiaan Thomas-Wheeler moving to the inside to make room for Collins on the outside.
Unsurprisingly, the Sharks have rung the changes in their side following their dismal 35-0 home defeat to Cardiff last Sunday, with a number of Springboks returning from international duty.
Having put in a big shift overseas, both Siya Kolisi and Eben Etzebeth are left out, but Ox Nche and Bongi Mbonambi are back in the front row, while Jaden Hendrikse and Curwin Bosch, back from South Africa and injury respectively, line up at scrum and fly half.
Makazole Mapimpi has been named on the wing, and elsewhere in the backs Ben Tapuai is back in the starting line-up to partner Francois Venter in the centres, with Boeta Chamberlain in at fullback.
Rounding off the changes in the pack, Vincent Tshituka moves from the back to second row with Sikhumbuzo Noshe, Jeandre Labuschagne and Phepsi Buthelezi making up the three players on the side of the scrum, and the latter captaining his team.
Ospreys’ attack coach Richard Fussell said: “We’re expecting a reaction from theSharks after the Cardiff game.
“Whether it’s a change on the field or an attitude change from them, they’re going to come out all guns blazing.
“But we’re going to focus on ourselves, as we showed against the Bulls, when we get ourselves right we can be a formidable outfit.”
