Debutant prop Rhys Charalambous charged down and scored in the final minutes to secure a nail-biting win for London Scottish and keep their survival hopes alive.
It is only the second win for the Exiles all season and sets up a must-win relegation derby against their ground-sharers Richmond on Saturday with the gap between them just three points.
