DONCASTER skipper, second row Matt Challinor, celebrated his 250th appearance for the club by inspiring the Knights to their best performance of the season in a six tries to two win at Castle Park.
Doncaster’s forwards dominated from start to finish and no one benefited more than 28-year-old Welsh winger Kyle Evans who scored a hat-trick.
The former Merthyr Tydfil and Moseley three quarter, in his first season at Doncaster, seized his scoring opportunities ruthlessly, the best being his opening try when he shot down the touchline.
