IT WAS a magnificent five-try, record-breaking seventh win in a row to end the season for the Pirates.
The victory also avenged two narrow defeats suffered by the Pirates against the West London visitors, who beat them by a single point at Vallis Way on the opening day of the season and then narrowly by three points in the British & Irish Cup quarter-final at Easter.
And it saw the Pirates finish a highly creditable fourth after a difficult first half of the season.
