Plymouth made it an eight-match unbeaten run against spirited visitors Sedgley Park.
Albion dominated the first half with two tries from impressive scrum-half Morgan Stone and one each for debutant Rob Wigginton and Angus Hodges. Tom Putt converted both tries.
Tigers’ Warren Seals impressed equally with the boot and, with a Ben Gregory try following a line-out catch and drive, the game was finely balanced at half-time.
A revitalised Tigers started the second half as they did the first with a Seals’ penalty.
