IN front of a large Friday evening crowd, Richmond ran up six tries against an improving Esher side who battled hard and deserved more.
Richmond got off to a fast start, Luc Jones forcing his way over in the fourth minute after a strong forward drive.
When James Langston soon added the second try, Richmond looked set up, but Esher kicked well and responded with tries of their own from top-scoring winger James Botterill and mobile lock Matt Woolard.
