RICHMOND pulled back from a 3-0 half-time deficit to score three second-half tries and claim a four-point victory.
And the result puts unbeaten Richmond into first place, with their points difference just ahead of Rams.
In wintry conditions, both sides resorted to the boot in a tightly-contested first half.
Richmond had the best in the tight scrums, but the Tigers had the best of the wind and edged the territory.
