RAMS made it a perfect ten league wins to start the campaign as they won an epic war with Blackheath.
The visitors were all over the Berkshire men in the early stages, twice held up over the line as Tom Ffitch also missed a penalty.
Yet Rams came into the contest and hit the front after 32 minutes, a clever line-out move seeing Robbie Stapley make a powerful charge before off-loading to Max Hayman to cross.
