TOBY HILL provided the spark as Bishop’s Stortford beat Darlington MP.
The visitors hit the front when a quickly-tapped penalty stretched Stortford’s defence and put Josh Ree in for a try, converted by Harry Read.
Stortford bounced straight back and Dan Powell beat three men in the tramlines to go over, with David Hayes adding an excellent touchline conversion.
