SEDGLEY Park demolished Esher on their return to in a stellar performance.

came quick out of the gate with a try from Rhys Henderson which was converted by Warren Seals. Seals then boosted the lead moments later with a penalty kick to increase the lead to ten.

Esher responded well after a lacklustre opening sequence with a try and conversion from captain Owen Waters.

A try from Tom Spiers gave Esher the lead with Waters converting. Both teams traded penalty kicks from Seals and Waters, but a late try from Bob Birtwell gave Sedgley the lead going into the break.

The second half started with great intensity as Esher reclaimed the lead with a score from Ed Volley. Waters converted. That would be where the close battle came to an end. A rampant Sedgley Park kicked into gear and scored five tries in a 20-minute period.

Tries from Tom Ailes and Lewis Bradley got the ball rolling followed by Henderson and two from Andy Riley took the game away from the visitors. Seals added all the extras. Two late tries from debutant Albert Bradshaw sealed the win for a resounding bonus-point victory for Sedgley.
