Bishop's Stortford secured an impressive win away at Sedgley Park last weekend to boost their survival bid, and head coach Marcus Cattell has noticed a shift in mindset at a pivotal time.
Cattell’s side finished sixth last season but have become unstuck in this campaign, winning just six of their 19 games coming into this weekend.
The Essex club targeted a top-six finish but Cattell says disruption due to numerous retirements has caught up with them.
