AN avalanche of second-half penalties helped Cinderford press home their advantage at Richmond.
After a tightly-contested first half, which ended 8-7 in the visitors’ favour, Cinderford pulled steadily away in the last half hour of the game, propelled by a dominant pack and a series of penalties. The visitors were awarded six penalties in the first half and 11 more in the second.
