Taunton Titans overcame a 15-point deficit to down visitors Esher.
The home side conceded two tries in the opening 19 minutes, having been starved of possession.
Esher were dominating most aspects of the game and led through tries by Andrew Hamilton and Oliver Norris, plus one conversion and a penalty by Sam Morley.
After 21 minutes, Taunton brought on their replacement scrum-half and that helped change the game.
