Plymouth A ............ 17
Cinderford.............. 10
By NICK BURT
A superb late try by Plymouth Albion fullback Tom Putt saw the home side win a fiercely fought and highly entertaining derby.
Cinderford were first to score after prolonged pressure in the Albion half. After 12 minutes, a failed clearance to touch forced a penalty for Cinderford, who kicked to the corner.
A catch-and-drive saw hooker Nathan Taylor crash over and Michael Austin converted.
Albion responded with a well-taken try. George Mills made a break to get behind the defence and quick hands sent Putt over in the corner.
