Leeds Tykes old boy Connor Lloyd came back to haunt his former side as he was the catalyst for Bishop’s Stortford’s bonus-point victory in Yorkshire.
The scrum-half opened the scoring with an opportunist try after 18 minutes before converting his own score.
Tighe Maxwell-Whiteley landed a penalty for a breakdown infringement. He added a second five minutes later as the hosts grew into the game.
Stortford found themselves in strong attacking positions, William Roberts adding an unconverted second try from a rolling maul.
