Leeds Tykes secured a third successive win as a last-minute try dashed Hull’s hopes.
The home side had their chances. Harvey Harding’s pace saw him beat three defenders chasing a kick late in the game, but he was not able to ground the ball and a kickable penalty was spurned in favour of a lineout. Either score could have secured Hull’s first win of the season, but Leeds’ Kieren Davies won the game with his late try.
