Bishop's Stortford came from behind at half-time to see off the challenge of visitors Moseley.
A mistake-ridden first half saw Stortford playing the role of generous hosts, passing up golden scoring opportunities and conceding penalties to allow Moseley to make their early scrum supremacy count in taking a 10-0 lead.
The first points came from a lightning-quick tap of one of a number of scrum penalties by scrum-half Jack Combes, converted by Ben Palmer.
