SALE FC bounced back from their defeat at Old Elthamians to claim a precious bonus-point victory to move up the table and cement Canterbury further to the foot.
The hosts secured the victory in a powerhouse opening 40.
Fergus Mulchrone, Jarad Williams, Matthew Bradley and Emiliano Calle-Rivas all scored first-half tries with Chris Johnson slotting all four conversions as the hosts secured the bonus-point and led 28-0 at the break.
