RICHMOND ended Chinnor’s unbeaten run as they left Oxfordshire with a hard-earned victory. Sixteen points from Tom Hodgson and an Alexander Bibic try helped the jointleague leaders emerge triumphant.
Chinnor had headed into the mouth-watering encounter on a sevenmatch unbeaten run and were looking to end 2019 with a fifth successive home win.
Coaches, players and volunteers worked hard in the morning to clear standing water to ensure the game could be played.
