HALLAM Amos is hoping his new beginnings for club and country kickstart his international career.
The dynamic back-three operator moved down the M4 motorway to the Cardiff Blues this season after eight seasons with the Dragons in a bid to impress new Wales head coach Wayne Pivac.
And he has revealed his move was motivated by a desire to establish himself as a major rival to Liam Williams and Leigh Halfpenny for the Wales No.15 jersey.
