CALDY live to fight another day in National One, in this dour game at DMPRFC’s Arena HQ.
An interval score line of 3-0 gives an indication of the lack of entertainment served in the first half. With DMP safe, it was Caldy who had the greater desire, and it was rewarded.
Caldy opened the scoring with a Ben Jones penalty after ten minutes, but the rest of the half was eminently forgettable, apart from a late yellow card for Mowden’s George Stokes.
