PLYMOUTHemerged with the victory over Cambridge in a fairly close encounter, scoring the vital bonuspoint try in the 80th minute.
The game was a match of contrastinghalves. Cambridge started the stronger and a high tackle enabled Ben Penfold to kick an easy three points.
But on eight minutes Plymouth hit back from a good catch and drive, with Paul Davis dotting down.
