ALBANIANS came within two points of a famous victory as Coventry’s management optimised their bench in the last half-hour.
Up until then the hosts had had the better of the forward exchanges, especially in the scrum, and their defence had worked well all over the field.
Coventry’s Heath Stevens open the scoring with Will Maisey successfully converting.
This was immediately matched by Tadgh McElroy’s close-range effort improved by Dan Watt whose subsequent penalty gave Albanians the lead.
