HULL IONIANS handed their survival hopes a timely shot in the arm with a hard-fought victory at Rosslyn Park.
Isaac Green’s pair of penalties cancelled out Jack Gash’s spectacular opening try, which was set up by a smart kick over the top of the I’s defence but went unconverted.
