FOR 60 minutes there was little to separate the two sides, but Blaydon cut loose in the final quarter through winger Dan Marshall to leave the visitors stunned.
No.8 Jason Smithson had a simple run in for Blaydon on 18 minutes after both wingers had combined superbly, Brett Connon converting.
And despite hooker Adam Caves having a driving-maul try disallowed for being held up, Moseley went down the same route moments later and with the same outcome, but this time the score stood and at the break it was 7-5.
