South West Premier
NEWTON Abbot put on an impressive second half performance to go top of the South West Premier following a 68-28 victory over Maidenhead.
Abbot, who have won nine of their first 10 games had a hat-trick from Kyle Browne to thank for the bonus-point victory.
However, the hosts were held 28-28 after 43 minutes thanks to kicker Ed Keohane scoring a brace for Maidenhead while fellow back Perry Jansen and Ross Lewis also scored. Dings were knocked off top following a Friday night 34-26 defeat at Cleve.
