BARNESgive their hopes of an immediate return to National 2 South a boost by beating promotion rivals Sidcup 31-6.
Hamish Reeves’ try, converted by Charlie Wicks, gave the hosts a 7-6 lead at the break, with Josh Twyford’s two penalties keeping the visitors within touch. However, late tries from Matt Cornish, Andy Napier, and Tom O’Toole guaranteed Barnes remain top.
