HAVING finished third last season, Hull certainly made their intentions known with a resounding 31-13 win at home to Rossendale.
Hull crossed for five tries, with Alex Heap going over for two and Cameron Curry, Mike Arnold and Rupert King one each. Stephen Johnston was successful with three conversions.
For Rossendale Joel Barker went over for their only try, Lewis Allen kicking two penalties and a conversion
