BOURNVILLE just about clung on to their National Two status thanks to a losing bonus point in this heavy defeat.
And Cinderford’s win marks the end of an era as it was the final result on the Beavis Memorial Ground before renovations get underway.
The hosts shot ahead with three scores in 20 minutes from Will Baldwin and a double from Joe Mullis, and Sam Smith’s lightning feet were too hot for the Bournville defenders as he went over untouched to secure the bonus point before the half hour mark.
