OLD Redcliffians got the better of Exeter University in a hard-fought battle.
The visitors started quickly, taking the lead within the opening 10 minutes through star man Thomas Fogerty.
Old Reds doubled their advantage when Dan Thurston reacted fastest after a quick tap to score.
Exeter were finally rewarded for their efforts with a Will Holmes try, beating two defenders to score.
