LUCTONIANS entertained the large home crowd with a superb second-half performance at Mortimer Park.
Home skipper Ben Link gave Luc’s an early lead following a trademark driving maul, with the conversion missed. But after that they were under the cosh, with Old Reds having plenty of possession. However, they failed to make much of their pressure count, coming away with only one penalty try for their efforts. Owen Harriot-Davis was sin-binned for the offence.
