REDRUTH came out on top in a thriller against the students from Exeter. Playing down the slope, Exeter University struck early from a catch-and-drive with hooker Elliot Young coming up with the ball.
Redruth soon matched them as Matt Pritchard replied in kind as the Redruth pack showed it’s power, fly-half Dean Wills adding the first of four conversions.
