Steve Hill: How and why did you get into coaching rugby and how did you arrive in your current coaching role?
I got an opportunity to coach Cornwall U20s while still playing at Redruth. I was out injured for the 2019 season so offered to help on the coaching side at the club to stay involved. After Covid an opportunity to coach attack developed which I decided to take and did for three seasons. This season I have moved up to head coach.
