A WONDERFUL Gabe Goss hat-trick helped profligate Dings Crusaders to a bonus-point win, but they made hard work of subduing lively Bournville in a pulsating encounter at Avery Fields.
Goss, who is on a dual-registration from Bath, scored twice before the break, but it was his third four minutes from time that was the most important as it secured the bonus point and ended Bournville’s victory hopes.
But the Crusaders should have been home and dry long before then.
