An improved second-half performance from Redruth saw them take the spoils with a bonus-point win over Exeter University.
The Students bossed the early play with fly-half Sam Walker putting his side in some good areas with his positional kicking.
It was no surprise, therefore, when the visitors took the lead with a well-worked unconverted try from winger Ed Volley.
