Clifton turned the game on its head after half-time, scoring 30 unanswered second-half points as Redruth lost their way in a disappointing subdued performance.
Fly-half Luke Cozens had an excellent afternoon off the kicking tee missing just once, and that effort bounced back off the crossbar from halfway!
An early penalty from Fraser Honey should have settled any Redruth nerves, however, the game became entrenched as Redruth found the Clifton defence more than a match and the visitor’s set-piece very solid. ...
