NEWLY crowned champions Leeds Tykes were sent tumbling to only their second defeat of the season at Tynedale.
After taking an early lead, the Tykes were never really in it as Tynedale produced a magnificent display
Things looked ominous when a sparkling handling move down the right brought a well worked try for Leeds’ Euan Laughton, with James Watts adding the extras with only eight minutes gone.
