BILLINGHAM secured a dramatic victory after a tense and thrilling encounter.
Chester started the game in frantic style, with Richard Craven pulling the strings and moving the ball swiftly.
A knock-on from Billingham allowed Chester to capitalise, and Andrew McMinimee stole the ball to score, giving Chester an early lead.
But Billingham responded quickly with Joe Ross crossing in the corner to get them on the scoreboard.
