THIS closely contested match was in doubt until the last play as Harrogate made Chester work very hard for their bonus point win.
Chester began brightly with a try for Harrison Vare following a midfield turnover and break by Andy Mc-Minimee, and the home side moved further ahead with a Bagshaw penalty on five minutes.
