LEEDS remained top of National 2 North, scoring five tries on their way to a 33 – 27 win over a spirited Billingham.
The visitors, who never gave up throughout, led through an early Peter Evans penalty, and it took until the 15th minute mark for Leeds to respond. A Tom Williams break through the centre channel found Johnny Teague in space to finish. Kit Keith added the extras.
