Lineout precision proves difference for Tykes

A DOMINANT display by the pack gave Leeds Tykes the Christmas bragging rights after they recorded a comfortable 33-10 win over near neighbours Otley.
Their Cross Green visitors had the better of the opening exchanges as Joe Rowntree narrowly missed with a penalty.
Leeds had barely touched the ball when Otley’s attacking structure broke down, bringing the Tykes’ backline into play. The ball was shipped wide quickly for Eliah Chitiyo to race home.
