Tykes sneak home to top the table

LEEDS Tykes came through a wind-affected tussle by the narrowest of margins, to bring themselves level with Lymm and Sheffield at the top of the table. The three-way tie for supremacy is testament to the close-fought nature of the division.
Mark Ireland broke the deadlock for the Tigers as Leeds were pinged early for offside.
Blustery conditions put an end to the game as an expansive spectacle; instead, it was a war of attrition.
