WHARFEDALE had chances to put the game out of Chester’s reach but in the end settled for the five points and a solid home win. Chester never gave in and some deter mined play saw them travel home with a deserved bonus point.
Dale opened the scoring two phases after a turnover, and a break by Robbie Davidson was run in by Harry Bullough. Davidson converted.
Wharfedale’s second try came from a charge down in their 22 by Zeb Heyes, who followed through to touch down for an unconverted try.
