Beech’s brace sees off prowling Tigers

HULL edged out the visiting Sheffield Tigers in a dramatic finale after Sheffield were adjudged to have grounded the ball inches short of the try line in the game’s final play.
An early offside penalty gifted Mark Ireland the chance to slot Sheffield ahead, but the hosts soon scored their first, working the ball onto the left wing, where prop Charlie Beech was on hand to race to the corner.
Beech found himself with the ball in-hand again soon after, picking up at the back of a ruck fifteen yards from the line...
